What is a FEED?

A Web Feed simply gives you the ability to subscribe to our content with a tool known as a Feed Aggregator or Feed Reader. You can subscribe to any of our content 'channels' listed on this page with your Feed Reader. Once you are subscribed to one or more of our feeds the latest content (blog updates, audio podcasts, video vodcasts) is delivered to you, helping you stay up to date with our content, and saving you the trouble of checking our site for new updates.

What is VIA EMAIL?

Instead of using a Feed Reader you can also subscribe to our content feeds via email. By doing so you will receive a daily digest in your email recapping all the new content for the day. If there isn't any new content, you won't get an email. We are nice people too, so we won't use your email for anything other than the content updates.
